UFX Studios is entering an exciting phase and we are gearing up for a series of ambitious new projects launching from January 2026 in our Walloon office in Genval (20 km from Brussels). We are looking for passionate talents to join us in shaping this next chapter of UFX Studios’ development.
Missions
- Follow and update on ShotGrid the data and documentation sent by the client (shooting
report, focal lens and script report, etc) - Follow and make sure that the ingest team (In / Out) has everything needed to start the
project properly. - Send out the naming convention to the Lab and Edit + reception of all media, consolidates
AVID + MXF - Follow the list of shots + ensure the change of status on SG accordingly to their delivery
stage. - Share all client notes received by mail / submission sheet or Client Review on ShotGrid
- Track the goals and artists schedules on a daily base (including vacations)
- Ensure that artists and supervisors receive the latest elements and information related to the
project - In collaboration with I/O team Inform your team of artists in case of changes regarding the
shot length or any other modification related to their shots - Organize and manage meetings / screenings in Avid room or projection room
- Manage the flow of information between the team, the client and across departments
- Anticipate and report any possible problems encountered by the artists and provide
feedback to the producer and supervisor - Ensure that the BID established are respected by the artists and make sure that time logs are
up to date. - Give the daily targets to the artists in close cooperation with the producer
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in VFX production, post-production, animation, or a similar
environment. - Strong understanding of the VFX pipeline, production workflows, and the technical and
artistic phases of CG/FX/Comp. - Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resource planning for multi-episode or
feature projects. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients, supervisors, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate production risks and propose efficient
solutions. - Experience managing teams, tracking progress, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality
shots on time. - Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple deadlines, and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
